Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! You will be required to pay 50% upfront as a deposit. A further 25% is invoiced when the design is signed off and the final 25% when the project is complete but before handover.
How long will it take?
This largely depends on the scope of the project and you providing content and feedback in an orderly fashion. I aim for 4 weeks but large projects will take longer.
What is hosting?
Hosting is a term used for server space. All websites need to sit somewhere and you will need your own hosting for the site to be live.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is simply your website address, for example something like yourwebsite.com.
Can you host my site?
No, sorry. But we can give you advice and point you in the right direction along with transferring your site to your chosen host.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes. Your website will respond to the size of the device it is viewed on.
Will I be able to edit my Website?
Absolutely. The Websites are created in WordPress, specifically for this reason. No need to call a developer. You’ll be shown how to do this on handover.
Can you help me make updates?
Yes, you can go onto one of our Care Plans after the site is finished and we’ll manage it for you.
Do you design Logos?
Yes, we can give you a quote for that, visit the Graphic Design page for more details on branding!
Will I fully own the site when finished?
Yes, once the project has been paid for in full you own all assets related to the site. We’ll not only transfer to your host free of charge, we’ll also send all source files and databases for you to store offline.
